Three easy steps

Get a Fitbit or start using the Google Fit app or the MobileTrack app.

When you're logged in your account, connect your trackers in the "external data" section.

Step 3 : Record your daily symptoms every evening

Every Evening, log the symptoms you had throughout the day.

Log your pain
